I can speak with authrotiy because you know how long ive been wanting and looking for one.
Ive been searching for an 04/05 import over here seeing as importing one was out of the question, but no luck. ive posted up on the s2ki.com forum and they have all said GOOD LUCK FINDING ONE. they don't know of a single import facelift over here, let alone a white one, let alone one for sale.
There are loads of 99-03 pre-facelifts over here, but pre-facelifts look dated, and i definitely dont want to be messing around facelifting it, headlights,tail lights, interior, bumpers, etc...
I was prepared to pay a premium to get one imported but not 5-6k over what its worth, god damn!
There's loads of silverstone s2k's (silver) around but i rarely see a moonrock (dark grey) let alone a modified one. It will compliment the mod's i have planned better than white, like the subtle downforce carbon underlip+carbon side diffusers etc...i wouldnt of put them on a white s2k
As a rule of thumb, i always say when it comes to Honda's a jdm car is better. But with the case of the S2000, there is little to no difference. the 6-7bhp less will be negligible when I've modded it.
The only jdm feature i'll be putting on it will be the jdm rear bumper.
Perks - cheaper insurance i guess.
