Project "KEEPA" An EG5 Story.

Hey guys been around for quite a while on 4guk Crxuk and civiclife but been waiting for the right car to kick things off.

So after selling every car ive ever owned within a couple of months (Out of work and good prices offered) I decided that the next car i brought would be for keeps. Heres some of my Investments?





There were more but whatever lol...

To be honest i was looking for a crx or 4th gen vtec i travelled 122 miles to look at a civic an it was diabolical nothing like the guy had described.

The next day a 74 mile trip to look at a crx again was really shabby, molestered and unorigional also he wanted silly money for it so i werent happy.


So i thought all was lost an i saw a few local standard cars (autotrader standardness) but nothing id really consider a car for keeps.

But thennnn i found myself a nice eg5 and it was love at first sight.

Picked it up last night after another 200 mile round trip but for me at least worth every mile, woke up this morning and decided to give it a wash and polish.
Specs: uhm Rear gathers, armrest,foggies, (needs yellow tint i think) big break upgrade, cat 1 alarm,full sevice history 80 percent honda annnd if i think of anything else il add it






Then i fitted my new Sparcos


Then went for a drive :-p

anyways keep up the project and if your going to slam it avoid the koni yellow and ground control setup they go low but a way to harsh for our roads.

DONT avoid the koni setup, if you have love for being slammed and ride it daily then the ky's & cg's is the setup for you!! hahaha

Ebay's are way more harsh! you had the better setup and still couldent hack it!

Ahhh its all coming out now. To be fair boys its not the lowering im too fussed about its the damned understeer i think she sits nice but she understeers like a bitch even in bone dry any theorys?

i've heard that if you take of the front anti roll bar and leave the back one on it sorts the problem out, but personaly i think its a load of shit, try lowering it a bit more at the front, and get some good tyres!

add rear camber

shes on standard springs and the tires are spankin new yokos 350 or whatever. i think il try adding camber. but she is on stock suspension... weel see, i do want some coilys but i got bigger fish to fry at the moment

So a little update, today i went around a good friend of mines mr Davy and we did a little detailing errm pics speak for themselves i suppose.

Yeah its riceboys old coop. Erm it came to me with no engine, no loom, and a complete mess. the d16z6 was a spare so we just banged it in sorted the wiring and sold it on.
