My 2nd Gen lude Empty
PostSubject: My 2nd Gen lude   My 2nd Gen lude EmptyTue 26 Jun 2007, 10:49 pm

Heres my little project which has taken me a lot longer to do than i thought it would, the car is nearly in an mot-able state, just need to put the rear brake/hubs on, pop the anti roll bars in, have a play with the front lights, put some wheels on then it will be ready to go and have the exhaust made up. Twisted Evil Anyway, here are some pics, hope you like it:

How it was when i bought it:

What its like now:

Front end with 3rd gen bumper swap and mugen style carbon fibre lip for an accord:

Rear end, pretty much as it was except one "all red" tail light, im still deciding if im going to do this yet and seeing if it will get through the mot (i think it will)

Front brakes/suspension, you can see the drilled and grooved discs, jamex springs and suspension techniques anti roll bar waiting to be installed.

My wheels, i went for some 15x6.5" rota slipstreams in flat black wrapped in toyo R888's Twisted Evil Im really pleased with them and cant wait to see them on the 2nd gen Twisted Evil

Wow! this looks like a winner

imo the indicators look better orange, this looks like it could be interesting, the lip looks good as do the wheels, i would normally flame a car for having rota's but in this case cheap and cheerfull plus there a timeless design.

Are you going to be doing anything with the paint or is it staying as is to keep costs down?

Keep up the good work and keep us updated!

BTW what engine is in there atm?
