And it's giving fault code 41 and 20 but has been giving random ones such as o2 sensor and water temp but we've fitted the sensors from the D16Z6 that we know 100% work and have only covered 60k miles...
It's driving us crazy!

air to fuel ratio, sounds like it die;ing when you give it throttle??
maybe the ecu what your running it on isnt mixing the air and fuel right, if i was you i'd try another ecu.

maybe some of those D16Z6 sensor's arent compatable with the B18C?

Try a P73 ecu..

P72 not p73 O2 sensors are same if they 4wire. Check conductivity on o2 sensor wires and alternator wiring.
Stock p30 should run your engine, but will be lean, I'd try that just to start it and rev it first
