EK3 suspension

Hi, I'm needing to replace all of the arms on my EK3 because the bushes are gone and the arms are so badly corroded I can't drop my car without snapping an lca to get a bolt off. apparently. Need front and rear, want to overhaul the whole thing cos it's starting to annoy me. need all of the arms and wishbones, maybe LCA's depending how much more they cost as I might get aftermarket.

tbh if you get ones off another Ek they will be in the same condition.
Best bet is to either buy as many aftermarket arms as you can or bite the bullet and buy a poly bush kit

doesnt the ej9 have the same setup? where can i get aftermarket arms? ive seen camber kits which i was gona get anyway but dunno bout lower arms

best bet is to just buy aftermarket one's, by the time you have bought a poly kit and had a garage have them pressed in you will of spent about the same, atleast after market one's look better.

search ebay, if you go on civiclife there is a tradrrs section where a load of different sellers sell these aftermaket bits and do good deals if you buy in bulk.

If its just the lower arms (there called lower conrol arms btw, or LCA's) then do that, if you need bushes for other arms though poly bush would be the way to go.
Plus unless you spend a fair bit on a reputable makes LCA's the bushes are shit anyway

nah im needing more than just the lca's. i'll have a look on civiclife but looks like its gona b too expensive..bye bye civic

think its like 270£ for a set of poly for the whole car
