I have some Rota Slipstreams for sale in 16inchs, check civiclife for details.

Today's progress on the car, its coming along very nicely. Every dent is done now on the car and the car is pretty much all rubbed down. Just arches left to do! All the windows will be removed tomorrow and work can carry on, also had a tidy up in the car and got it all organized.

Yer i dont see why not mate just pm me if you want.

Onto todays updates, the Audi Quattro has finally gone so that gave us a bit more room in the workshop. With the new contract there is alot more vans and commercial work so we moved the Porsche and Mercedes down a bay and left us a bay right in front of the spray booth, which is handy. Also cut the arches out on the Civic they need alot of work the passenger side inner arch is quite bad. The windows get removed first thing in the morning and the arches will be welded in. Also got a few pictures of a Vauxhall Vivaro van we are doing a full re paint on as its going back to the leasing company. The sliding door is being replaced and the B pillar is damaged. Along with the drivers door and bumper, there is damage on pretty much every panel. Hope your enjoying the updates hope to make them more technical and detailed over time. Trying to get a website going at the moment as well. Finally working on a Suzuki Grand Vitara as has slight body work damage, but it has bent the lower wishbone and hub.

Yes Chris, this Civic is being built in memory of Nelan Reddy who sadly passed away a few years ago.

Update time, the civic is in primer the color has been chosen. Will start the sanding down tomorrow and final bits and pieces.

Some shocking news for Ned! The Black Series is no good! Its more bent then a banana, the car was bought smashed up and i saw the pictures the other day and i would say it was a cat b for sure, but its from America so no idea. It was then transported to Ireland to a guy for repair who apparently works for prodrive in Ireland and is the best. We get the car back and now start lining panels up and nothing fits. Get it on the jig and its fucked! The bulk head is still twisted the a piller is toast the sill is shit welding the inner wings are destroyed. The force of everything being lined up wrong is pulling the car apart more. The owner got in contact with Mercedes but they wont supply another shell, so got to take it all apart possibly repair properly or sell as it is. Too much damage to list, but ill try to keep you updated with it.

Where are you based dude? I could do with the front panels and rear bumper sprayed before JAE. Your work looks spot on!

@Ned yer it does suck waiting to see what happens with it. Being sanded down as we speak.

@Stokes Based in Luton, Bedfordshire. You could always post them down?

@Big-al I had a similar problem on my front bumper on the EG, you have to go right back to the bare plastic. Get some panel wipe or something similar to clean off any shit, the use some plastic primer,2-3 coats waiting 5mins between. Then lightly dust coats of etch on and it should be fine Very Happy
