The exhaust was blowing on the doughnut gasket for the rear silencer, so I pulled it off to have a look and the exhaust had weld on the inside of the pipe.
I don't have a before picture but it's now a lot smoother and hopefully will seal better.

Yeah buddy!
Take lots of pictures with this build again, can't wait for it to commence.
Sweet, will be nice to see where you go with this, like I said try and find a B18 downpipe make sure its either 2.25 or 2.5 inch flange the b16 one currently on there is way too restrictive for a B18 but keep the header part that parts mint.
Apart from that I genuinely cannot think of any maintenance parts that have not been changed I spend shit loads on this car but these days I don't really bother with build threads hence no one really knows what's been done to it.
Iv still got some receipts in my e-mail account, remind me to print these off and give them to you at the next meet mate.
Me and Dave both say this was one fast B18C I will miss this car big time, the feel of it on road, the seating position ect.

I think I'm going to buy a stainless one, they look 100x better than the OEM too.

Haha, yep those too
The new doughnut gasket didn't fix the exhaust leak as the flange doesn't sit flush with the middle pipe, so I'll keep an eye out for an ITR silencer or maybe a Spoon N1 as I was looking to get one at a later date anyway. So as a temporary fix I've spread some exhaust paste over the joint, looks awful but may work.
Anyway I WD40 and It's cleaning powers.

All my money went into repairs ect ect, never had the spare £ to spend on cosmetics, then I changed from Halfords to new job and was on motor way ect everyday so couldnt slam it.
The car should be just mint and solid ready for you to just make look sick.

the day it was ready for the road - so clean (vtec controller was set high)
only vid of it in action, being made a fool of by an drag R34 lol - 14.2 1/4 mile, think i had the slip somewhere if you want it dude
That B18C defies logic, it shouldn't be as fast as it is, especially seeing as its always been pretty much stock. there were 5 itr's there that day, fastest one ran a 14.3. any itr that me, or tesh has come up against has lost.
with good bolt on's this will be sick

I just realised I haven't put a picture of the bay up yet.
I also went over to stafford last night to pick up another ITR backbox to solve the blowing problem.
Notice the welds and crooked flange. Its now sweeet!
