| It was so good to meet you all finally and I had a sick time!
Sorry I had to leave without saying bye but I did txt Duane and asked him to wish everyone farewell from me.
Hope you all had a safe journey home,
Michael. | |

| Or we could put in for different spot, spend some money on a decent gazebo, sound system, TV/Projector PS3 / seat etc and we should also consider doing another show.
JAE is the ultimate park up show and shine type of weekend but we should also another show with racing/drifting around the beginning of the summer?? | |

| I dont think the love for JAE has gone, but there were alot of bad points when compared to last year, and few good points. for instance we were missing a couple of people, the stand position/layout was no where near as good, mainly due to that other stand, the system setup was quite poor, the lighting was quite poor, and not everyone had their cars. Was talking to a few of you and think for next year everyone put in £10/£15. this way no one is majorly out of pocket for contributing to the club. that way more people will make an effort, and we'll have a sick stand, and best JAE ever. the fund can go towards the stand, for: system lighting gazebo banner? etc I'll sort the system if everyones cool with that? i have an aux headunit we can use i'll make a thread on it when i get a chance. might as well start early | |

| TOA need to rep more shows for sure, I can easily sort us a stand at any of the JDM Allstars drift events, Japfest(2) is also pretty good with a mix of show stuff and track stuff to watch....I'd say TRAX too but tbh thats pretty chavy....I'm personally not that much into just show and shine type events, to me they're a little bit boring. Really the main reason to come to JAE is to hang out/chat/drink beer with mates.
I'd happily lay down some cash to better fund shelter and the gas for the gennys, nothing's free at the end of the day and if you want the best you gotta front some money.
I think the spots pretty good, way better than the other big fields where you're miles away from noodles and lost in with all the massive clubs, but it did feel a bit more cramped than last year?

| Everything Stew just said is spot on. I think the image TOA reps is totally differnt to every other club at JAE, I only saw 1 maybe 2 cars that would have fitted in on our stand. We do need to do a non static show maybe 2. Japfest from what ive heard was rammed and sick this year and growing shows like the JDM all stars will be more our thing. I still think we need to do JAE as its like our 2nd home after our meet spot. Stew if you can help us out with some shows that would be ace. | |

| Firstly I really enjoyed JAE and got to know everyone a lot more. I do agree with most of what has been said and I'd be prepared to chip in to make us even bigger and better as I agree with Ned that we are unique among stands. Uniquely sick | |

| So I guess Rye didnt sing HELLO this year?
As for pre organising Last two years a pre meet has had nothing organised, this year was no different according to when I spoke to Duane at Bens garage before JAE.
I know I pulled out meaning someone else had to sort a few lights and an some audio but I pulled out well in advance of the show even before the pre-meeting, as per normal few days before nothing was ready in advance for a show that has been running for years now and meant to be planned for same time every year.

| Tbf even if we were more organised what would have been different? We still had lights, maybe a louder system and that's about it, we need activities. I.e projector and ps3 etc, put a film on at night when we chill | |
