S80 Gearbox, How much are they worth?

I'm still gathering all my parts for my B18 conversion and just missing manifold and s80 gearbox now,

I've been offered the s80 gearbox for £500 (good condition), is this around the right price?

£500 for a gearbox

Not for a 4.4. Low mileage mint 4.7 probably around £450-500. 4.4 are the same as the ek9 s4c, and go for around £200-300?

^ above is the current market price, expect to pay £500 for an qaulity 98 spec S80 with a 4.7 final drive

i hope the 1 in my atr never goes ...the most i have evr paid for a gear box was for a 4x4 cozze and that was £200...
