| Here i have my 1999 Honda Civic 1.5i e-vtec 3 door hatch, im selling this car due to i dont need a car anymore and the money will come in handy.. Its only a group 8 insurence (the 1.4i is a group 10) so its cheaper than the 1.4i to insure, low tax group 12months = £115 and is superb on fuel (best way to go with the prices these days) Some more info anyway.. I have 2 black keys and 2 remote fobs and also have the original red key The car has a standard Honda alarm and imobilisor fitted which is fully functional on both fobs Tax November 2008 - 5 months MOT May 2009 - 11 months 125k with FHSH up to 76k then serviced by previous owner himself, i have done a full service 1000miles ago including new oil and filter, new fuel filter, new fan belt, new spark plugs, coolant top up and battery top up. The engine is standard, and so is the rest of the car except.. 60mm Jamex lowring springs on VTi shocks 15inch Honda Jazz Alloys, been painted black profesionally with good tyres VTi (or Type R) Front and Rear Splitters (not sure if they are VTi or Type R) Carbon Fibre Bonnet (not perfect tho, bit of like glazing but not noticible from distance) The car is in great condition for its age, it does have a few minor dinks (3 in total i think) but nothing major and are not noticible unless you go looking for them.. I can provide more pics if you need but i would recomend viewing so you can see the great condition its in! PLEASE NO PM's, Contact details below. location - Halesowen B63 (20mins from Birmingham) email - sonny_walker2002@hotmail.commobile - 07824 466 565 - Sonny Im looking for £1700ono Thank You 8-) | |

I advertised it on ebay (for a week, never reached reserve £1400) civicsport.org, civiclife.net, here, crxuk.co.uk, 4guk.co.uk, pistonheads and ive now put it in the bargain pages for today and friday! auto trader is like £20 for cars over £1000!!!! and thats just for the website not the magazine! Had a few phone calls this morning but prob just timewasters, we will see

| errrm i think the reason is because the majority of people have not got enough disposible income in order to purchase cars anymore everyone i talk to says its hard to sell cars these days. | |

Exactly, credit crunch is hitting hard now as the government are taking more and more in tax and raising the price of everything, even if ppl can afford to buy the cars, they cant afford to run them. Eg: Proposed New road tax rates: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/in_depth/629/629/7293011.stm
