Im gonna start a new who is deffo coming to JAE with us thred and use the admin page to email everybody.

So what are we thinking then give back one of our plots or keep hold?? either way since you've posted up that planner for the cars it does seem a large space.

All depending on the 100% coming with TOA list then.

yes, if we don't get a big turn out then we might as well offer a space back, the way I see it is its better to give one back and get the dollar for it back than have it taken off us at the show

Its all a load of bollox really, they should tell the other car clubs that there isnt enough land for other clubs this year but next year there will be, the amount of confusion that this stupid plan is gonna cause... its just rediculous really, i could understand if it was a money making thing but he makes no profit of it from what i gathered, last year there was loads of land spare, its so stupid that they have come up with this a MONTH before the show.

last year it was only the main people from TOA that went and our stand didnt really have enough space as it was, this year there are even more people coming, whats to say we're even gonna get that amount of room on there plans for the cars if there on about wanting more space of us, we've paid for OUR plots and that should be the end of that, we should be able to arrange our cars how we want them not to there daft silly layout, its gonna look hella stupid if we did have to park them like that lets be honest.

How many more clubs are there because from last years amount of room that was free i really cant see there being that many more clubs, i havent heard of any new one's, it all seem's like a load of shit and i get the feelin we're gettin pushed to one side because we're a small club.

i say we keep our two plots and if we dont fill them and the other club needs the space then we come to an arrangement and sort sumat out.

I pm'd every user on TOA about 2 montha ago and told them to let me know if they're are coming on our stand, there was about three people who pm'd me back sayin they wont be, so the list that is up on here now is the people that are coming unless they're dropping out, few people that are 50/50, if your gonna ask everyone again then put a closing date or sumat up and if there names not on the list then there not coming, its as simple as that because this is daft having to do this this so close to the show.

im thinkin a PM from admin to all users asking to post in the deffo JAE list thread is in need as some people might want to come and miss out due to not checking TOA in a few days,

i do think its bad that we booked early and paid early to get spaces we wanted and people who are only just booking are getting the original 'bookee's' pushed and moved away, i thought it was first come first serve, whats the point in the pre-JAE meeting then? we may as well just turn up on the day and park wherever we want and be like 'heres £48 for 2 spaces, we're here!'

I completely agree mate but the fact is we are not filling our stand as we wanted to.

right the time is nearing, are we all up for a meet (be it at a pub or usual meet place) on monday 6th september (4 days before JAE) so we can discuss whats happening?

is the 30th meet a JAE discussion meet though or just a generic meet? we spoke before about organising a meet up a few days prior to JAE to ensure everyone knows what they are doing/when they are going etc

i have no idea still where abouts we are from last time, which were we last year so i can see?

in relation to last year we are towards the fair, last year we were to the right hand side of this area near the lower entrance
