Picked it up last wednesday.
Going to keep it fairly standard, already have black diamond brakes and pads and some pipercross viper 2 induction kit

The shopping list.
OEM Type R mats (got and fitted now)
Ipod Connection for OEM cd player (on order now)
Medium smoke tints
Greddy Informer
Homemade Vtec Light (work in progess)
Powder coat the alloys either black sparkle or champ white.
buy orbital polishing kit (on order)

Vtec light a bit tacky imo but the rest sounds good, id go with CW wheels.

im finding it rather fun, more then i expected. knocks the rubbery socks of the fto interms of .. well ..everything.
if i wanna drive sedatly it likes it, if i wanna hoon it around, i loves it and after 300 miles in it already the tank isnt empty! the fto struggled 250 miles to a 60£ tank.

the light isnt going to be an inyour race light, im hoping to place a small bit of EL sheeting behind the Type R logo between the fuel n temp guages that will softly light up when in the zone, the huge v-tak lights from buddy, greddy and iceman are just way to ott, this way its a little understated but cool.
plus no ones done this yet.

booked some time with the car into the bodyshop that looked after the fto to have it all buffed and polised up by myself and a portacable orbital gizmo.
they are gonna give my wheels a going over with a healthy dose of CW to.

so much for keeping it standard lol

ive seen it on the jackson charged ep3 but that was millano red with cw rims.
im gonna do a photoshop tomorrow and get opinions on it. i think black sparkle is to dark for a black car and silvers just.. well.. silver.

oh had some guy in a yellow mg zr try and get one over on me, needless to say, VTEC FTW!

yea man sounds good carnt wait to see it when its done i like the idea of black wheels just cause its steathy but it as been done a few times

some bloke in blackpool or a guy i know whos done the bodywork on the fto will do it as a one off for me.
as for buying a car... im keeping this one for a while, next big spend is a house and a garage!
