well I got bored earlier and picked that crap off from round the lock on the boot and have sorted the gap on the front bumper.

I have began to have second thoughts about the car. However still a good buy..really fancy an EF9 SiR ...... I was looking at one the other day but way outta my budget, but the Almera will do for now until I get my licence back.

Yeah the wheels are Gash... there's also a patch on the back left quarter under the light and bumper thats just wrong ....

Other than that sweet car pulls good and very quick..

You can't 'slam' these so to speak.. Mine wouldn't really be classed as slammed but the under engine brace is 2" off the ground..
Love the colour though Powelly.. Could look sick on coilovers with some 16" bronze centred meshy splits.
Also it needs some engine mods to keep up with the likes of some of the TOA lads.. But I can help you with that.
Nice buy.

Urs aint 'slammed' shaggy but it looks nice low.

If your sticking to a budget try getting a swap with them rims, or do something with them, i think they could look sick.

Ezza I said mine aint slammed.. It wouldn't drive any lower as the Almeras have a sh*t low floor pan and stuff underneath.
Also Powelly.. 4-2-1 headers can be had cheap off Ebay (£120ish) its either that or a £500 Advanced Street Performance one from the USA which may gain you a few more HP over the Ebay one.
Decats are simple, any micra, skyline, pulsar one will fit.
Exhausts are a plenty on the owners club, a second hand cat back usually goes for £100-£150.
I've also got some JDM Lucino rear lights I may sell if you make me a decent offer.. They owe me £230. Would make the rear end of your car look sh*t hot ...

That bay you posted is a chap I know Curtis.. It looks alright but he's basically just painted the valve cover.
And there's more to making a nice bay than painting the valve cover.
Check out my bay pictures if you wanna go all out.. I took engine out and degreased/de waxoyl'd, removed the Aircon, removed the Carbon canister, simplified the breather lines, engine loom etc. Also had all the brackets/bits powdercoated black.
My engine bay alone got me 3rd place in our club's show & shine at JAE 2009.

Next TOA meet yeah?
That colour GTi you have can easily be made to look better, orange indicators are a great addition to the front end.
I've also got a JDM 2-slat grill if your interested in that, all the JDM bits are way expensive though, the grills are about £70-£80.

A nicely sprayed rocker goes a long way towards making the bay look sharper, the hideously rusted manifold cover is the first thing that jumps out as being janky, whip it off and hit it with some high temp silver or black paint. and maybe that random bracket bottom right, is that necesary?
