Whats the best thing to do befor the cold winter months hit Britian?

Obvious really, remove a load of sound deadening & plastic!

So I went on a crash diet... lost a few stone...

Its still in there, just removed the plastics.

Im saving that rotten stuff for a nice long warm weekend

best way to get it off really easily is to freese it off, you can buy some stuff from B&Q, spray it on for ac couple of secs then it just breaks off, makes a day job of scraping/hammering it off into a couple of hours, hope that helps.

Abit gutted I didn't get more, but for a standard, smooth engine, it pulls well enough.

the itr inlet manifold is the best oem inlet, i dont know how they stand up against after-market inlet's but the best mod i did on my B18C Sir-G Integra was an Edelbrock Performer-X inlet. Long runners (better for NA) and quite a big plenum, with the throttle body angled. Love to see how they perform on a B18C-R

i dont think theres a uk supplier, well not when i got mine anyway. it worked out to be about £350 delivered and import tax

UPDATE

As you can see from the top rolling road pic, the corners of my front lip are pretty scuffed from curbs etc
So this weekend I took the bumper off & gave it a quick touch up!!

I also purchased a TRS tow strap. Im 50-50 on it at the mo, ill see if it grows on me...

It looks like shes sticking her tongue out :-P
