i am buying some stuff from a japanese performance car breaker, and they have an ek9 being broken, with some coilovers. would they fit my car?

Yep, are there any pics of them?

I Know on ITR's the rear lower control arms differ from JDM to UKDM but im not sure on EK's, either way, you can get the JDM rear LCA's for cheap, or 'function 7' make after market ones (real nice)
