No way you can swap shifts with anyone??

no way in hell, theres no-one to swap shifts with, its a bank holiday (mega busy in pubs) and im the head chef, bearing in mind all the chefs have gotta work 10 days without a day off when i go on hol next friday so i gotta give them time off.

Sicky is a no go, my old dears the manager, i broke my toe about 8 months ago and still had to stand for 12 hour shifts on it, so er...................no
