| Lol it's actually exactly the same as gt3 the graphics are cartoony, the driving is unbelievably jerky and twitchy and unrealistic, the engine sounds are crap and the turbo doesn't even spool. I'm glad I've got an xbox :-) cus forza3 destroys this let alone when the next one comes out! | |

| I got home, opened it, had a look at the signature edition stuff, put the game in - started the download and fell asleep. I woke up this morning and it has lost Internet connection so when I get home I have to wait or it to download again before I can even get to play it!
If it's on EXACTLY the same level as prologue I'd be happy with it, the extra features, extra cars an tracks would make it emence IMO.

| its pretty much the same as all the others,,, just better graphics IMO its a good game, but i dont really think its progressed much... on the face of it so far. the GT auto is the same as before just a few extra options, the parts shop isnt as detailed as i'd expect either, compared to some of the other games out now.
i know your all gonna slate me for this but i've always loved the GT games but IMO after such a long wait its not really lived up to my expectations... honestly, and i hate to say it but i think theres more features in forza

| the more i'm playing it, the more its growing on me now tbh, the initial disapointment was down to the lack of modding etc in the parts section. which in GT1 was 1 of the 1st games to really do it, but its not progressed so much as other games now, with the like of engine swaps etc. | |

I had a similar feeling, the more i play it the more engrossed i get. Fyi donatello the eg6 is a STANDARD car (low detail), these are from the used car section, if you go to the new car section the PREMIUM cars are in there (high detail) i have taken pics of my EK9 in the game that look better than that merc up there^ it is in game. They had to limit the amount of detailed cars because this generation of console cant cope with it. think of the standard cars as stocking fillers, alot of them very interesting rare cars that really wouldnt warrant months of 3D modelling.

| not anymore, lol. i get the feeling there will be alot of ek9's like that arouind. pallet try it with a wheel, its the little details in the behavour of cars with the wheel that make the game, and yes always all assist off with 'professional' physics Info on upcoming updates: Here | |

| imo forza is a good game however i feel it passes into the need for speed genre with all the engine swaps, logo editors and bits you never would really use in real life gran turismo is a style of racing, letting the cars and physics do the talking, i see the restricted amount of 'mods' as tastefull modifying, not getting a 206 and putting a veyron engine in it and rinse everyone.
Gran turismo physics are amazingly bang on, the FC on the game feels exactly how mine does in real life, something ive never experienced before.
with 200 premium cars, and 800 standard 'stocking fillers' no game can rival the choice available, plus with more cars available th more experience you get, different wheels available different days, used cars, engine repairs, body rigidity repairs, oil changes, car washes, aero parts, b-class driver training, (and the icing on the cake) visible camber/toe adjustments, no game can compare.
Also theway the game is presented has more culture and style, theres more feeling oftradition to GT5 no other game can compare to.
(all this and ive not even mentioned the photography options mid replay-remaniscent of pgr, museum cards, go karts, rally, nascar, THE TOP GEAR TEST TRACK, and all the online features)
as ive said to numeroud people numerous times before
people annoy me when the have a blast in a standard car for 5 minutes and criticise the game, ive played it for 7 days non stop and im only 21% through the game. Spend some time in a premium car with a logitech g25 and see what they say lol.
