Booking and Payment: £99 (whole day, open pitlane)
"Preferred payment is cheque made payable to Doughnutters Ltd. Sent to 14 Coronet Court, Derby, DE21 2XT. We will be relocating in mid Sept and the address to send cheques to will change to another address, still in the same postal code area though. I will advise you of this when it happens.
Paypal payments can be made to
doughnutters@hotmail.com but if they don't include the charges ontop of the £99 fee they will be returned. I'm affraid at the cheap cost of the tickets we can't afford to swallow paypal charges on top.
If people want to take advantage of the free passenger wrist band for each paying car they will need to supply the following code with their booking.... EdK/191110/PWB In addition to this we need their name and email address with the payment.
Driver and passenger wrist bands will be issued on the day, after they have signed on. Tickets will be posted out from mid August time onwards."
Pre-Meet
Thursday Pre-Meet and staying over at the Yeoman Travelodge in Nuneaton. Makes for an easier start on Friday and a bit of pre race banter .
About the Day
105db noise limit.
Circuit gates open at 7am. Track opens at 9am. Usually closes at 4:30pm but may go on longer depending on light.
No helmet hire available. Please bring one with you. Borrow from someone if need be.
Additional drivers for a car are £10.
Highlights:
-Magazine coverage.
If people are travelling a long way specifically for it camping on site (for the hardcore) can be arranged and of course campers / caravans are also welcome. Price for this is about £3 usually.
So far they have cars coming from the Honda brigade, a few scoobies and a few trackday regulars. Numbers wise the track can cater for up to 100 cars with everyone still getting loads of track time!
There will be some demo cars sporting new engine management systems giving passenger rides with competition drivers. These will be to show the products and to raise money for our chosen charity (Breast Cancer Awareness). Cost of this is £5 for 3 laps as a passenger for the hot laps.
