Well, and introduction..
I bought my Ek9 about a year and a quarter now, It's such an amazing car, both handling and acceleration wise, just as a standard car aswell - I couldn't believe it. I actually thought I bought a race car with the engine sounding soo great!
Me and my mate (also with his Ek went to pick it up)! What fun that was on the way home..
This is what it looked like when I got it - I thought it was fairly standard, but I was wrong!
What I didn't realise is that it actually was some sort of EX-race car in Japan, having the following;
Roll cage Stroked kit to 1,8 Spoon 1,5 way mechanical Diff OS Giken super single one clutch and flywheel Sprint Hart Cp-035's
Some nice little goodies there, but the track bug hit me, hard and I wanted more! So let the work commence...
I started to take things a little serious about 6 months in with the plans of making an ultimate B-series Civic (Pure N/A power, aggression and lets not forget... The noise!!) I met up with Advanced Motorsports & Engineering in silverstone, and they created this!
Some pictures of the build-up.
Engine + gearbox removed to be sleeved.
Some of the Old parts
Some of the new parts to go in
Complete Engine Re-Build, every bearing, washer, sea - the lot!
Some pictures of the B16 block having the sleeves put in and being assembled
When the engine was nearing completion - looking fairly good already!
Hmm, so whats missing now?

Oh yeah, the cage!
Over the next few weeks everything was slowly put back in, glass, engine, seats (even though they are now replaced with Recaro profi SPG's) ect ect..
I think it's about time for the Dyno..
Some Short-ish video's -

Cheers, it's a fairly aggressive crossover considering their standard cam's lol, imagine some Toda spec B/C's in there . - No exterior plans as of yet, maybe a C/f front splitter or something, I like the standard look asif it isn't modded, lol. hehe.

Don't mean to be rude, but this this look like a standard EK9 ? Sleeved for bigger, high compression pistons is correct, I'm sure the ECU and tuning plays a fair part in this aswell.
