| Hey folks new here! had a look at this site a few times before but only made the effort to sign up recently and show yous my civic came with: - car resprayed in starlight black - smoothed off coupe front bumper - carbon vented bonnet with sparco pins - buddy club short shifter - replica ek9 grill - lowered on coilys and 60mm springs on the back? - type r rear lip - tsw black alloys - cusco front strut brace - full custom exhaust with decat and custom backbox (pretty loud) - d16 manifold - ek9'd headlights Bought her back in march and this is what it looked like before I started on anything (sorry not much exterior) gave it a hoover nos fitted just joking its the horn =S then fitted this uber rare bride seat lol ok let's get down to business got some tegiwa tilt brackets hated this gear knob now type r replica recaro sitting on spoon rails after gettin a few days when temp insurance was up this happened, all the interior plastics were painted black also gave the inside shell a nice clean and painted it black not ek9 carpet btw plastics back on, with a new gear gaitor in suede =D what everything looks like right now Other stuff that I've done: - honda jazz jet washers fitted - Carbon vented bonnet removed (standard one on) - ek9'd lights are off and standard ones are on currently finishing my door cards. will post up pics of how they look. They were painted black and need to put the handle back in. Also waiting on some Blackworks LCAs in blue .. wanted red or black ones but needing some soon as and fitted next week and get this car on the road as soon as possible. wasn't gonna touch suspension but after a check up i was told the lca's were needing a change After this plans are b16 or insurance. most likely insurance first to get some ncb and b16 as soon as more ££ rolls in =D All comments welcome, Ally | |

| I'm glad the bonnet is back standard. The wheels and ride height ruin what is so far a good build. All IMO though | |

| if some are still wondering, these are not stock ek9 carpets. back then they were going for least £120 so i'd thought i'd just dye the carpets myself lol anyway, not been on this for a while so an update it is.. over the months: matching recaro! done the door cards, some cheap ass fabric. not done a good job of them either so no close ups some blackworks LCAs dirty peedo bear i'm on here mostly.. got this a month and abit ago and still not got round to fitting this (came with spoon sports horn cap) and a few weeks ago. this arrived When I bought the ej these were its current modifications: - full respray in starlight black - smoothed off coupe front bumper - Carbon Vented Bonnet with Sparco Pins - Buddy Club Short Shifter - Replica EK9 Grill - Lowered on unknown coilovers and 60mm Springs at the back :S - Type R Rear Lip - TSW Black Alloys - Cusco Front Strut Brace - Injen Cold air feed - Full custom exhaust with decat and custom backbox - d16 Manifold - ek9'd headlights what i have done so far: - Stripped out rear interior - Painted interior plastics Black - Sold the cusco strut because it was replica and looking to fit an oem ek4/ek9 one - EK9 recaros - Type R replica gear knob - alcantara gear gaitor - standard bonnet (temporarily) - red door cards - Uprated LCAs - Tilted OEM spoiler (doesn't look that tilted) - ek9'd lights removed and fitted OEM ones - Tilted Number plate bracket fitted then removed (didn't like it) - replaced custom exhaust with straight through exhaust with fujitsubo backbox (temporarily) - Goodridge brake lines fitted - serviced and MOT'd what is in plans in the near future: - maybe fuel lines and fuel filter replaced (big job with the lines) - have my eyes set on S4C LSD gearbox for the b16a, hopefully that'll still be around when the time comes - a decent alarm system plans for later on.. - get the b16a fitted in (may want to look for a new shell) - big brake upgrade (may consider a 5 hub conversion while i'm at it) - new shoes - a full respray in Nighthawk Black since the current paint is flaking off and that i did a rubbish job on the bonnet lol - a decent set of coilovers - ek9 doorcards and the list goes on.. that'll do for now C&C welcome Ally

| time for a small update! Arches Pollyfilled and painted and prep'd for winter. also undersealing was done and plans have changed since as I keep changing my mind. I'm getting a B16B fitted over the next few weeks but sadly, the b16a WILL NOT be going in as planned. So I've been trying to sell that. New plans are hopefully by summer I can get it re-shelled with a clean ek9 shell. Need to sort the interior while I'm at it - the door cards and dash will have to go. Never had much exterior shots of the car as the paint work is terrible. picture out of boredom after a wee wash tried this panorama app on new iphone Thanks for looking | |
