| Subject: Steel wheel banding - OPINIONS/HELP ASAP Wed 18 May 2011, 9:28 am | |
| short and sweet, need opinions asap, the company have my wheels as of Thursday last week and are going to start work this week. i want W-I-D-E wheels but what do you think. front wheels are staying with my 2" band requirements but the rears im having second thought on so...... 2.5" band 3" band | |

| It's an almera gti on coil-overs, will be lower when the wheels are banded. Wheels that are being banded are 15" Volkswagen g60's Planning on having some stretch and poke | |

| Go with the 3" but to make it work lower it more, camber the rear slightly and put on a TOA sticker ;P imo just throw a 2.5 up front and 3 at the rear | |

| i cant do rear camber its a solid rear beam from one wheel to the other. the beam can be bent to give camber but i dont know anywhere in northern ireland that could do it i really want to go for a 3" band on the rear but i think i will stay with 2.5" band and stick on spacers on the rear to bring the rim out more if needs be | |

where can i get the TOA stickers? have they changed at all seeing as the website logo has changed from my last visit? | |

post a pic of the rear susp setup, we'l find a way hahaha
nah the logo is the same, pm ned for now i WILL get round to getting a new design done sometime this year lol | |

| ill take 2 of the TOA stickers this is the rear beam/axel setup basically a single beam with a pivot point near the middle and a hub at either end | |

| and the hubs dont pivot at the point where they join the cross member?

| nope, the hubs dont pivot i've tried to PM ned but i dont think it sent, got some weird error :S please do get back to me about the stickers as they are teh c00l! | |

2" on the front 3" on the rear | |
