| Has any one else had any experience with Paisley freight?? I have got my Gearbox and clutch to be picked up tomorrow with them couriering it to B'ham.. Just read a shocking story on DW from Inital_J http://www.driftworks.com/forum/drifting-chat/104797-another-dont-use-paisley-freight-thread.html
what a bunch of fucking jokers. booked and paid for collection of a bumper for tuesday. sat in all damn day, no one came. rang their office, no answer rang them wed morning said it had been "rescheduled" for today. i asked why. was told he didnt know but would find out and let me know. waited. waited a bit more. waited all fucking day again, no courier. no phone call. so rang back to ask what was going on was told he was busy, can he ring me back later. yep of course no phone call all day again. i rang this morning. no one in office. rang the mobile number "ill ring you back in 5 mins" was told he didnt. went out to get lunch, come back to find a note from courier who had been and gone. despite me not even knowing they were coming. rang city link depot who told me there was never any booking made for tue or wed, and that it had been booked today at 8am. since then been trying to get hold of this prick who works the phones at paisley. no answer on office or mobile. what an absolute bunch of fucking time wasters. really am appauled at how bad their customer service is. will update as and when i get hold of him
So any one had any good or bad experiences??

| Fucking FAIL!!!!!!
They wouldn't pick the gear box up some bullshit random story from the driver about it having oil on it??
wait it gets worse....
Apparently they attempted collection at 8.45am, Aero Jim of civiclife who has kindly supplied the gearbox and clutch explained that the box was neatly wrapped up and on a plate of wood ready to pick up, NO oil on it and was all there to lift on the the van, he said that the driver wouldn't lift it on to the van and said it needed to be on a pallet??
and it gets even worse.
So I tried calling them...... about 18 times on both the land line and mobile and sent email's asking for a refund.... yes you guessed it NO REPLY....
WTF
SO Paisley Freight... dont use them.
Im so pissed off right now, have so much I need to crack on with.
