| hi all, thought i'd start a build thread as hopefully i will be doing more work to the car now, this should bring you up to date, As most of you know this was the car when i brought it, Few dinks and un-aligned panels, aerial not working and bits n bobs not completely running crisp. Once de-stickered and sub'd out On the motorway durin my daventry-birmingham commute this happened, Thanks to Ned i got me some 13" steelies temporarilly and on the way to asda one night sounded like my engine actually ripped itself out the car, called the aa to et towed but started after being leftfor about 2.5 hours. Now this happens every week/fortnight and i have to leave it for 45 mins or so before it will start, i think its down to overfuelling as its kicking out loadsa black smoke so will sort out soon, Then, by luck Jay sold his 15" Rota Slipstreams so i lapped them up, after a clean she looked like: Plans are hopefully H22a7 swap, respray in the same colour and a kaminari spoiler (not too sure about the whole kit yet) Basically want to keep the car standard looking yet clean but scrapingly low so will have ground controls and tokicos to assist. Will kepp this updated as it progresses.

| Looks nice but just remember that car is a 88-89 spec.. yours is the facelift model 90-91 and the front bumpers are different..
I nearly bought some 88 spec bumpers for the car before and somebody advised me about it, glad they did cus they wouldnt fit!
Loving that kit tho, back bumper seems abit boring compared to the front n side skirts but that may be because of the little double exhaust..

| well the spoiler is additional but ill have that before the kit as i love it, not a bad price for the whole kit, around £300 for it and £150 for the spoiler, will keep this updated as i progress dont worry | |

| love the kit, spoiler seems a bit pricey compared to the kit but if you like it go for it.
personally id do it the opposite way round, kit with no spoiler then think about the spolier when the kits on, u might change your mind on it.
just a thought | |

| ***Update*** New nardi steering wheel came today, fitted but had a bit of trouble mounting the middle button/horn as it doesn't fit in the hole of the hub i'm using. Not too bad and will do for now, | |

| Ok, took the 'lude to an exhaust garage, hangers, etc are fine. The reason the exhaust is hanging so low is due to it being fitted wonkily and needs taking off and twisting so im getting that done.
Also Tesh's ignition leads are now on helping the drive, and im putting the mr2 battery on as a nw one is mega-bucks.
