| ye its really easy to fark it up if you rush it but if you take your time you'll do a good job, give it a light coat of primer before you go mad with it just to see any imperfections and if there is some which there will be as its your first time sand them out lightly, if you want the best shine results you'll need to sand and mop it out after.
good luck! | |

| Thanks Cus Ive planned about 2/3 days to do this between work etc..
Drop the car into my garage tonight / tomoz (needs clearing out of the junk) ive got about 4 different types of course to fine sand / wet n dry paper...
Yeah light coats, sand, light coats - 15 - 20 min intervals etc
lso got some fine really fine wet and dry paper for the lacquer coats...I know it may look rubbish but then could surpprise myself with a good job...
Does any one know any links for step by step guides etc for spraying with rattle cans, ive found a few on google but nothing quite concise.

| dude to me it looks like i can still see rust under the filler? did you grind it off with a grinder? or a flappy disk?
it will just come back if you dont get rid of it, if you've used rust stopper/seeler its shite it doesnt work, i've used it before.
from the pics i can see a few imperfections, remmember what i said about just givin it alight spray to make them out just keep building it up to sand it to get proper mint if you wanna i dont know what extent your going to tho on this.
and remmeber to under seal your inside arches after.

| tbh cus this is sort of a cheep quick fix for now so it doesnt look so much like a shed with spots of rust on the arch..
Im gunna give it a quick spray after dinner with some primer...im sure theres a couple of bits that will pop though and ill just get some filler in them.
Nah i havent grinded the rust out I just attaked it with some pliers and sand paper...It wasnt major rust just bubbles ...
I will pop to halfords or somwhere and get some undersealer tomora..thanks for the tip mukka..
