Just got some oldschool 15 inch BBS RA's to keep me rolling till the PIAA's are refirbished.

I would prefer that look than having stretched tyres and loads of camber and going lower. The car their looks purposeful and aggresive. I bet from the back it would look so wide and squat. Still looks like it would handle well and be able to be driven hard.

@ Lance yes that wide, or even wider atm they are 7j but if the dishes are interchangable with lets say BBS / cheaper branded ones then they will be going for a slightly deeper dish and staggered fitment.

For now Ive picked up some BBS RA's to roll around on, spray them white or somthing just until I can get the PIAA's refirbed.

So heres some daily rims. There BBS RA's iirc 7j x15 2" dish.

What to do, Polish them up to original spec or spray them? what do you guys think?

personally i'd spray them, for the amount of effort it will take compared to polishing.

if your thinking of refurbing them yourself your gonna have to sand down he dish's anyway or they'll look like ass if you just spray on top of them!

go the little extra and polish them, it will be worth the effort and you'll get more when you come to sell them imo

or do my trick - have them shot blasted - then lacquer, like my schmidt centres.

Thanks guys, ill check out a few places for a price to do it, if not ill do it myself not in any rush as ive gotta get tyres for them too.

was £17 each centre for just shot blasting. i'd just go for paint

what about city powder coaters? they only charge £20 per wheel since u got ur tyres off aswell
