Its to do with filtering the light so the uv doesnt destroy the fabric or warp the dash.
The lights not as strong (if any) in the uk so we mostly get a 'for the hell of it' faded black tint strip.

ooooohhhhhh, what about the US?

Normally US glass is lined with a thicker layer of uv film in the glass and most rock a blue tint or a graded black with uv filter.

hello all picked up some new wheels yesterdy finally got them hlfords best dotz off lol. these were imported on a glanza v they are by pico racing really light. i havent heard of pico racing i cant find anything about these wheels so if any1 could tell me anything id be interested to know. cheers all

were these on ebay? i saw a set of pico's very similar when i was looking and found my schmidts. nice set of wheels and suit the starlet well, drop it more and it will look sweet

its lowered already its on coilovers i would like them wound down but dont know how to do it
