I have a D15Z I took out my ek, what parts do you need?

All of them!!!!!

Engine, gearbox loom ecu...what ever u have as long as the engine has no smoke of rattles..

I know, I really do feel like crying, but on a positive note at least ive got an engine for her and the lip arrived today so next meet it will defo be there..

Ehem edit - I now have an empty garage with an engine sitting in it!!

Im not sure cus I was hoping that we could all get busy saturday / sunday daytime and get the thing fitted...

your gonna need his engine crane, jays got it, im ez will lend it you but its just how your gonna get it to yours, sort sumat out cuz its essential you'll deffo need it to do the swap, just makes it a hole lot easier.

Ok so heres what I think ive got to do, been getting some advice ...

Lift out my Fooked D16y7 and drop in the D15z6, All the mounts n stuff should all be the same..

Use my existing loom off the EJ6, plug in from there / doctor off bits from the EK3 loom.

Use a obd2b to obd2a conversion harness, and plug into the EK3 ecu.

Then get the ECU recoded for the Immobiliser at Honda, saves butchering my ECU??

Is there any thing else you guys could think I might need?? apart from everyones help??

Yup cleared out my garage loads of room to work / and its flat, defo will need an engine crane and some guidance from some one whos done loads of D swaps... Heard you had one out and in within a day!! fancy helpin a bro out on the weekend...?? same for any one else who fancies rolling down mine on the weekend..

Il help out, tbh its ALOT easier to lift the car with the crane and slide the engine from underneath
