I've got the full Apex kit mate, think it's a type 2.

The amount of people running pigoen mod and i am yet to come accross someone fucking there turbo solely because of that
I'd imagine what fucks turbos on S14s is that they're all gonna be 10+ years old, not a bit of compressor surge. A life filled with just getting driven to work and then the last 1/4 of it being hard driving, with increased amounts of boost being fired through it will kill a turbo before a bit of compressor surge will.
Plus, all of the cars on Touge videos have compressor surge, makes it worth doing...ha

so, it was my day off today so i thought what better way to spend it, then working on the s14
Decided i'd give the pigeon mod a try
removed the oem dumpvalve and accociated pipes
made a bung for the induction pipe. broom handle came in handy
had to take a trip to the breakers yard to get a pipe to fit the second bung. who said corsa's are all bad? there rad pipes are great!
final pipe was blocked with a bolt and clasp
end result

when i get my frount mount im going to use the tial bov, but as we said yesterday aaron, it will still flutter up untill high pressure when the bov will release the pressure instead of it running back across the turbo, so it will do both
