energy drinks

Hi peeps abit of a strange subject to bring up on a car fourm but still just thought I'd be able to get other veiws or experiances
Basicaly I quit smokein about 12 months ago and I sort of replaced smokein with drinkin monster or rockstar.
Started smoking again after about 3months but kept drinkin monster n rockstar. And now the new years started I decided to stop drinking them,
A lot harder than I thought...started gettin rly light headed n feeling shit. Throwing up ect ect and that was on the first day. So drank 1 and felt fine. Weneva I don't have 1 I go like that now.
I drink between 5 to 9 aday. Just thought I'd warn whoeva reads this, they r liquid crack lol

tbf the amount of caffeine thats pumped into those things aswell as all the other shit, coupled with drinking 5 - 9 a day it will easily become an addiction.

your bodies got so used to the caffeine intake that it thinks somethings wrong when its not getting it.

you literally are addicted, and like anything you'll need to just tone down the amount you drink them before you stop completely.

or start smoking crack, that should see off cafine cravings

Tbf I didn't start have 5-9 a day it just krept up over time. Just need to start dropin the amount off.
Dnt like crack ez tastes like plastic lol jokes. Shud do rockstar flavored crack. I think there wud be a big market for it lol

I drink a can a day if not a little less. I was at once point up to about 3 cans a day, This was terrible.
When sunday came I wouldn't hve one and i'd be asleep all day till about 4/5pm.
I had to get myself off them so I decided to drink flavoured water and it does work. Kinda takes the cravings away like a pretend ciggy, Kinda gives your hands somthing to do.
I can't really imagen life without them these days but dude really, a can is enough. I make one last me from about 2pm till 5pm. Just pace it out and drink loads of water. Otherwise your gonna be putting x9 your bodies reccomended amount of whatever shit they put in them and you will rot our insides.

Have you started couching up bloody yet?

will power and a different kind of drink should help you to get through it, you should try those shake drinks the one's that aim to give you the five a day you need and there pretty nice!

I love that flavoured water shit! cant say ive ever felt like ive been addicted to energy drinks, have one now and again. But god damn! 5-9 a day, i wouldnt sleep for a week
