| What do u do on a daily bases which requires u to need so much energy drink, tell u one thing mate if u think its bad now wait for the long term affects to kick in, if i was u i would drink plenty of water, powerade, lucazade sport ect flush that shit out, n instead of stoppin one bad habbit just to start another try summat more rewarding to get hooked on like cars, sex , boxing ect keepin u active n keepin your mind of cravings. Would you run your car on pure fuel additive everyday?? Force it to perform at peak burn the fuel lines or mess up the block? Doubt it so why do it to your own body!! | |

| you say that your taking pro plus... if i was you i'd steer clear of that or it will be them that you end up taking to keep you up then thats when you'll seriously start to mash your body up. just be careful dude! | |

| the best way would be to to calm how many your having a day down then finaly stop, that way you'll have some in your body and cragualy need less then the amount your having and wont make you crave if you did try and stop at once. | |
