You'll need one, just don't be stupid and whack it all the way up. Sign up to the Skyline owners forums if you haven't already and spend a LOT of time reading and educating yourself about the car. See what the long-term owners have done and follow their lead. Forums are a wealth of info. Get learned my friend! - Attley wrote:

'Slamming' a car (IMO) so that its handling characteristics are changed so much that it becomes undrivable on public roads just so it looks 'hollafreshJDMtyteY01!11!!!' for some nice SLR pics is a chav thing to do. That is purely my opinion only, I dont expect any one to agree with me but differences in opinion are what makes internet forums special places Lowering or uprating suspension to improve driving performance and handling is a GOOD thing to do. (again only IMO). I'm more into improving fast Japanese cars overall peformance, whether it be handling or engine power Sorry if this causes offence, as you've got a great forum and community on here but you do need to open you eyes to the vast spectrum of what is going on in the Japanese scene. Kudos for the meets though, as I think its marvellous thing you're doing gathering quality Japanese cars together in the West Mids ,

| i can kinda see what your getting at but slammed cars are at the heart of TOA and is what differs us from other clubs. Being low only decreases driving ability with cheap egay style conversions, HSD's etc will go very low and still handle well each to their own though | |

| OK Cheerio boys.
Before my rapid exit due to daring to challenge the focus on SLAMMING y0! on here, can I suggest that you call this forum WEST MIDANDS HONDA SLAMMAGE or something like that as it seems a more appropriate name than 'Orient Academy', which suggests you are open to all forms of Japanese cars and areas of the scene.
Nice knowing you all and I wish your club the every success.
