| Hi Everyone, I thought Id show you all my 2006 Toyota Celica 190 GT that I have been modifying over the past year. Here is how it looked on the Toyota Dealership Car Park in Coventry parked next to my previous Celica 140. So to begin with, I painted my brake calipers a nice shade of red and also fitted some EBC drilled and grooved discs with Red stuff pads. Ive also got a TRD Short Shifter but havnt really taken a picture of that fitted. Ive also cleaned up the rocker cover and inlet manifold and fitted a shiny Injen Spark Plug Cover I bought from the states. Before After Then I got a C-One Strut brace with I did a group buy with Celica Club UK from a company in Japan it was a bargain and looks the biz and also cover the rear windows in some JDM sticker ftw. And in the beginning of March I took delivery of the best thing I have ever bought for the GT... A Greddy Ti-C exhaust from Monkey Wrench Racing. Cost me a fortune but the noise it creates is brilliant! Also got hold of a Toyota Sports Lid from Japan, which was another big expense but I really like the outcome. And finally my most recent project... I have been spraying all the engine covers/plastics in a custom black with thunder grey flicks. It has been very difficult but with some help from my girlfriend and friends they were completed this weekend along with fitting a AEM Cold Air Intake. Also fitted some new engine cover bolts And that is as far as I have got so far. Ive got another parcel coming from Japan in the next few weeks so watch this space. Thanks for looking | |

| A simple change of rims and ride height and you could be on to a winner :-) | |

| Those wheels are getting very very rare now, as they were only made for the Celica GT. even Toyota struggle to get them now! | |

| being a 6th gen Celica owner I very much dislike everything about the 7th gen but there is something about yours and the way it's going that I kinda like. | |

| Yeah the wheels come standard with the GT and there are rumors that they are being discontinued. So they aint coming off the car. Also the car came lowered 30mm as standard any lower and Ill be catching every bump in stafford.
Cheers Ned for the comments, definatly the best Gen 7 to get.

| Looks Good, The Fuel Door Is Strange But JDM Coolness!
Change The Wheels Tho, You Don't Have To Sell Them Just Keep Them In Your Garage And Put Them Back On When You Sell. They Look A Bit Like 'Ripspeed' Ones :S
My Mate's Got A Yellow 190, Screams When Past 6K Revs. It's Pretty Much Level Pegging With My Del Sol Though Up To 5th Gear Then I Run Outta Torque!

| I have to agree with a wheel change, just because theyre rare/getting rare doesnt mean you should keep them.
nice touches otherwise though

| Got another update with the Celica this week. First Ive added a few morre stickers to the engine plastics Also got a nice large parcel from toyota Japan on 21st June. Its my TRD Rear Valance for some more JDM Coolness Took some effort to get it fitted at first, but after realising that the standard bumpers has the drill holes marked it was then easy going (facepalm moment) and the results... It also eaten my GReddy exhaust!!! I guess thats all the major mods done for now time to start on touching up the little bits. | |
