Got some centre caps on the otherday, i weirdly prefered it without but there growin on me now, car looks more 'finished'

Don't run engine at too low revs.
Don't expose engine to extreme load because the sealing effect of the piston rings is not optimum at this stage.
Don't actuate cold start devices too long because this may lead to dilution of the lubricating film.
Shift gears in time.
Keep oil level between min. and max.
First oil change after 500-1000 km.
Check cooling system: cooling water level and V-belt tension.

basicaly what you should and shouldent do.....

dont run it at low revs yet dont put 'extreme' load on it?

I think the engine is fine now, its the head, the engine place must have fucked up the stem seals

Well it looks like the heads coming back off and im going to be checking the deck for straightness and the head, after speaking to a few different people the same thing keeps coming up.
I think before it comes off il take it for a run if someone could follow me to see if its smoking atall high up the revs or when the engine is under load because i'm certain its not the rings so i just need to double check.

I might aswell throw some ARP studs in while im there too.

I cant wait to get shut of the f'kin thing
