Also still no lick with a loom, jae looks like a no go if I can't get one

Just a random thought but how badly fried is your old loom?

Is it worth stripping back the damaged part and re soldering in new wires?

you have probebly checked this already but is it just not repairable?

Iv already though about it, that's what I was going to do before I removed it and saw that alot of it was melted

Thats what I was thinking - well hoping that the wires are all colour coded and you would strip back and re solder in new wires from the plug ends.

I know sound slike a mission but If it means you get the S14 up and running again its worth seeing if it can be repaired.

Any pics of the burnt out bits / melted bits - I bet Ezz has gone and got the loom out already as we speek, hes there with wire trimmers and a soldering iron LOL.

the only time you ever repair a loom is you cant get 1 at all



i did this with my bike that im building bad move if the loom as melted you need to replace the full lenth that as melted and you will need the corect thicknes and strand and my bike is a 1984 but i still got a mint loom theold 1 went in the bin
