Yeah true, but if you dont start out with a good block theres just no point.

IMO it takes about a year for a D series engine on stock internals with low boost (6-9psi) to blow. The block itself will take a shit ton of compression but people fail on thinking the stock beams and rings will hold...they simply dont! ever!

oh and if somebody posts a story up about ONE GUY IN PERU WHO RAN BOOST ON STOCK FOR 200,000,000 MILES i may be forced to kill them.

what about the Turbo'd yellow fiat cinquecento 1.1 that used to go around merry hill on Thurday nights? that had at least 100,000,000 bhp at the wheels.
