Ok so today was a good day. Picked up my wheels

Now wearing 3" lips (Radinox from Schmidt in Germany) painted Plumb Crazy Purple which is a Mopar colour from 70's muscle cars and now wearing centre caps. These bad boys weight in at a healthy 9" x 16" ET15

The Meguires polishing pad is to give an idea of the colour and depth of dish

look good, looks like youve sealed them up, what sealent did you use?

Lol yeah I know but you can't get ACT badges for love nor money !! I want to try and get some made but these look better than no centre badge

They were built up by Maverick wheels so whatever sealer he uses

Well ACT were bought out by Ronal in the 90's so my wheels are well over 10yrs old and ACT haven't existed for 10+ yrs so not much I can do. I thought the Mugen logos would look better than the H badge. I'll try an sort something for JAE. Hopefully the badge will b the last thing your looking at once there fitted

Lol yes I had them sprayed this colour there the wheels that have been on my car for the last 6 months. They were painted a sort of anthracite colour and had no centre caps, oh an 1.5" lips so were 7.5 x 16"



I never really thought about the Mugen badge, I wasn't trying to make them look like the Mugen wheel that is similar in design. If anything my ACT's are probably rarer than the Mugen wheel As I can't get ACT badges unless anyone knows a custom badge maker ?? I might get some Autobots logo's

Was kinda hoping the rims got more attention than the badge

Yeah may need to but only gonna be wearin 195/40's so with the arch roll may just sneak. I have more adjustment if required + that isn't as high as the rim will sit I just didn't want to pump the jack under the wheel anymore in case it slipped !! So as camber increases with drop they'll come in a bit more than that

I can't wait either I need to get in contact with this dude that fitted Ezza an Duanes tyres as I can't find any one round here man enough
