soo time is nearly here for the block to be built up internally ready for boost Twisted Evil

but i dont know who to take it to regarding the building up of it, it'll envolve changing pistons & rods, piston rings, notching the block, modifying the oil pump etc etc

anyone you guys recommend?

Somewhere like il would be ok for taht kind of thing, its pretty easy. Have you looked into doing it yourself? all you really need is an engine stand and a torque wrench?

just a thought Idea

TBH i had only read about and seen pictures of how to take the head apart but as long as you have a few decent tools around you (and a massive bar for leaverage(i dont think iv used any of my tools as much as iv used that massive bar)) its fairly straight forward.

As for space make ample room, another good tip is as you dismantle, label and place the parts somewhere in the same layout they were in, cant really go wrong.

only specialist tool u really need that i can remember atm is a torque wrench, any decent sized even halfruads tool kits will have all the sockets and extensions you'l really need.
