Wow, i forgot i even had a thread on here, anyways the cars had another transformation since then.
Its now off the road for track preperation.
Im just gathering parts at the moment to help. So far ive got
2 Bride seats and a TRS harness but need to order another one for the passenger side.
Fibreglass bonnet
Fibreglass sunroof bung (can finally strpi the last bit of interior when this arrives)
energy suspension RTA bushes
cyberspeed rear lca's
d2 coilovers
ebay induction and manifold
mongoose exhaust system (no cat)
fidanza cam gears
tegiwa shifter extension
momo steering boss extension
omp 320mm steering wheel
ROTA slipstreams with parada spec 2 tyres
282mm big brake upgrade

Still to do is

Remove ALB unit/ecu/sensors
Get a cage
lower my seat rails
fit some of the above parts
remove final part of heater matrix and loop the system
take it to DNR for some headwork and cams and baffled sump
Then hopefuly it will be ready for a bit of bodywork and on the sills and rear arches between some trackdays early next year.
Then HOPEFULLY back on road next spring.

i know that your doing it for some fun but i still cant believe you are doing that to it hahaha fair play! im deffffffoooo 100% building a track EG next year and im gonna get into it seriously cant wait to be honest.

i know, today i had ago at removing my rear caliper, and well, i now have a caliper in about 5 pieces as i just angle grinded it off in pieces as the bolts were way too rusty and rounded so now i need a new caliper for the rear.
@ned - yeah its gonna be kept road legal but i doubt it will see the road again until spring next year to give me time to do stuff without having to worry about having it back on road for work etc.

i've asked this a few places but nobody seems to get back, does the car have to be road legal for you to drive it on tracks/strips??

i dont think so cus, iv seen some shit trailered out and ran so probs not street legal

Swap the back out with Sol SIR read discs?

I've got discs sorted already just need the calliper.
Hopefully I'll have received a nice new batch of parts to fit throughout the week after work and then it's going to be saying bye for a while as it goes down south for some engine work.

Haha nothing major YET just a full head port n polish itrr cams and cam gears then dyno tuning should see 190-195bhp and better torque might have like 14lb/ft then lol. Then depending how that feels along with all the weight reduction. If it feels weak/ not as fast as bens ek9 then it will get a b20 bottom end to give it about 150lb/ft and about 210hp which should be pretty fun.

Well i wasnt planning on getting ANOTHER set of whees for this car seems as ive had a different set every month for about the past four months but these came up yesterday for a good price and it was just way too tempting so i picked them up this mornng and fitted them right away.
