| So I sold my ROTAS the other week, money was going to be put towards bodywork so once the s80 sold I would have had enough. But I've had the car off the road for so lOng now I'm thinking why rush stuff so the bodywork is on hold again until I've got enough for all the arches and sills to be done and get the rest of the car sprayed aswell at the same time. And since that's going to take a while I've just bought this Safety devices 6 point cage, doesn't have the door bars with it but I got it for a really good price and guess I could order some from the company anyway to complete it. Just trying to get it delivered now as it's over in guernsey and my first qoute for delivery was £489 LOL! | |

| Yeah, I paid For the cage thinking delivery wouldn't be too bad. When I got those qoutes I was guessing the package size and saying it would be in 2-3 parcels but the dude has got it all wrapped up into one and the dimensions are like half of what I guessed so should bring the price down a fair whack. Main problem is as it's on the channel isles no uk courier will collect from there only do deliverys to there so the seller is going to have a go at getting some qoutes for me. | |

| Don't the rear bits unbolt off the 'U' frame?
I've seen cheap 1s in Japan where they cut the 'U' frame and you have to get it welded back together once its over here lol
Pick it up! | |

| I would happily pick it up but that's just as expensive; Petrol to the bottom of the country 140 for the ferry Petrol to get back Looking minimum £200 if I do about 40 all the way to get mad mpg so realistically more £250! Bens trying to sort something for me through his work and the seller is getting qoutes for me too today so hopefully should have somethings sorted by the weekend!! | |

| Cheers for that powelly, just trying to work out price wise how much traveling will cost me as I can get it delivered now for roughly £100. AEM came today so quickly stuck it on, need to drop the front bumper to attach the filter now but got a hospital appointment soon so will finish it later! Also tried on some of Bens winglets he is having made! Also ordered a load of bolts and washers to get rid of all the shitty rusty ones out the bay, bolts have arrived just waitin on the washers now! | |

| Bolts and washers turned up today, thanks to stokes for pointing me in the right direction for them! They are only subtle touches but I think it's really improved the look of the bay all being shiny and new and matching! As they say it's all in the details! Took the bumper off aswell to fit the filter on the AEM and get it sitting right! Hello filter Hopefully gonna go get a length Of hose this afternoon to run straight pipes for fuel return and brake booster so I can remove the hard pipes off the bulkhead and if I get time might solder the wiring on some connectors to make it smaller and tidied to hide it a bit better! | |

| Yeah I've read the horror stories about them with water, but hopefully shouldn't be a factor as it won't be a daily drive anyway by the time I'm finished with it. | |
